Get ready to move, groove, and shine at Groove & Move, an inclusive experience designed for children of ALL abilities! Through upbeat music, creative movement, interactive dance games, and fun, hands-on crafts, every child is encouraged to participate, express themselves, and explore their creativity in a welcoming, supportive environment. No dance experience needed—just come as you are and get ready for an evening of fun, friendship, and creativity!

Groove & Move welcomes children of all abilities, including those with physical, developmental, sensory, or intellectual disabilities, as well as their typically developing peers! Whether your child is an experienced dancer, needs additional support, or simply loves music and movement, there is a place for them on our dance floor. We celebrate every child's unique strengths and encourage everyone to participate in a way that feels comfortable and successful for them!

We believe every child deserves the opportunity to experience the joy of dance, regardless of ability or financial circumstances! That's why Groove & Move is completely FREE to participate in, making inclusive movement and meaningful connections accessible to all families.

Groove & Move Session Times

5:30 PM – 6:30 PM: Ages 5–12

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Ages 10–18

To provide an enjoyable and age-appropriate experience for everyone, Groove & Move is divided into two sessions. Participants ages 10–12 may attend whichever session best fits their individual needs and comfort level!
